In short: the site uses no cookies or third-party analytics, the server is in the EU, and server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Visiting the website
On every visit the server records technical data: IP address, time of the request, requested address, server response, the page you came from and the browser type. We also derive aggregate visit statistics from these logs; the country is determined from the IP address using a database on our own server, and no data is sent to external providers.
The purpose is the operation and security of the server and visit statistics; the legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
Protection against attacks
IP addresses from which the server detects an attack — for example, access to a trap for attackers — are blocked automatically. We keep them for as long as necessary to protect the server. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no cookies, no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no content from other servers. Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
When you contact us
If you email info@mibesis.com, call us or message us via WhatsApp or WeChat, we process the data you provide in order to reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest.
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry; if a business relationship follows, we keep the records for the periods required by law.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta and WeChat by Tencent. If you choose one of these channels, their terms also apply and your data may be processed outside the EU.
